The Yoga Barre

Yoga & Barre Studio featuring Yoga Flow, Yin & Yang, Mobility, Barre Fusion, Gentle Yoga, Restorative, Aerial Yoga, Yo Pump, Abs and Booty Burn and retail boutique. Packages and drop ins available for classes. We hold special events on the weekends for Breathwork, Buti Yoga, Sound Baths, Psychic Medium, Alignment, Arm Balances, Meditations, Mala Bead Necklaces, and anything fun, healing or informative. We hold a license for Massage Therapy and have an LMT at the studio as well as a Reiki Masters. Yoga, Reiki, Massage, Biomat and Sound Therapy privates available. Now booking Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge sessions.
