Shorelock Home Watch

Shorelock Home Watch of Sarasota, Florida is an Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association. Owners Dan and Carol Ivanov, residents of Sarasota for over 21 years, have integral knowledge of the growth of the community and surrounding area. Dan received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He has 19 years of experience within the criminal justice field and has been employed with the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office since 2010 in the patrol division. Concurrent to his professional experience, Dan has also purchased and rehabbed investment properties, owned and operated a concrete curbing business, and has participated in contractor renovations for private homes.
