Prana Yoga is a therapeutic, alignment based yoga studio. Focused on health and wellbeing. Offering yoga classes with experience teachers with Iyengar and Anusara training. Special classes using the Iyengar yoga wall along with other supportive props to help receive the most benefit of postures. Healing of injuries. Development of self awareness for better health. Understanding of breath, body and mind connection for daily living activities. Kundalini Yoga classes are also offered in the Yogi Bhajan tradition. Gong sound meditations offered twice a month. Kirtan is held once a month. Prana yoga has been of service in the community since 2007. Besides 2 large studio rooms we also have a massage treatment room.
