My Name is Ronda Gallehue. I specialize in Reformer Pilates and hold a STOTT PILATES Certification. The goal of our programming is to achieve optimal musculoskeletal performance (strength, flexibility and endurance) without risking injury or building bulk. Over time, the result is a balanced and aligned body that looks fit and moves with ease. An introduction package is available for those new to the Reformer and/or the Studio.
