We are an independent and locally owned mushroom farm, store, and brand. Founded in 2021, we started out growing fresh mushrooms in a spare bedroom and since then have scaled up into a commercial urban mushroom farm, Sarasota storefront, and leader in the functional mushroom supplements & beverages space. We offer many types of gourmet culinary mushrooms direct to the public as well as wholesale to local chefs and restaurants. In addition to fresh mushrooms, we sell first-in-kind nano-extracts from functional mushrooms like Lion's Mane and Cordyceps as well as beverages infused with our extracts.
