My expertise is in QB whether it is setting up your company, teaching you QB and or continue your Bookkeeping requirements. I am also a Notary for the State of Florida Basic process with "new clients is as follows: They send "Company info, what type of firm it is, monthly bank statements, cc statements, etc. I work off the statements, input and reconcile. I send them a P and L monthly so that they know how their business is or isn't progressing. Yearend, I send a portable file to their CPA to review and make any adjustments that may be needed. I also will printout and mail 1099's,1096, W2''s and W3 if needed... I also can do payroll, quarterly reports, etc.
