My goal for North River Pools is to become a premium swimming pool service company by providing exception customer service using effective communication, dependability and knowledge. As a customer of North River Pools, I never want you to be left wondering swimming pool maintenance, if I was there or not, if your pool is safe and ready to use, or if there are any issues with your pool. Each week after the completion of service, I will send out an email with all the important information regarding your swimming pool along with a photo. I feel this will help you, as my customer, understand what is going on with your swimming pool.
