FriendShop, Used Bookstore at Shannon Staub Library

The Friends of Shannon Staub Public Library (FOSSPL) is an entirely volunteer organization that exists solely to support the Sarasota County Library in South County. Every year, more visits are made to libraries than to the movies. Movies bring adventure, intrigue, romance, history, broaden our imaginations, make us laugh & transport us with music & vicarious travel. Our library can do even more. FOSSPL's mission is to support our library for many of the enriching activities and services offered. In addition to fundraising events, FOSSPL operates a used bookstore that offers slightly used books, periodicals, puzzles, CDs & DVDs. We are always looking for bookstore volunteers and new members to plan & support events. Become our Friend!
