Deer Prairie Creek Horseback Riding

Deer Prairie Creek Preserve is a 10,000-acre nature preserve owned jointly by Sarasota County and the Southwest Water Management District. Great World Adventures (GWA), is a privately-owned horseback riding outfitter that has been guiding small-group trail rides there seasonally (Oct-May) since 2007. GWA has the largest stable of horses on the west coast of Florida with horses ranging in size from pony to Clydesdale. Bookings are now managed exclusively by Savageo.
