I am former public school teacher and am now educating students as a private instructor. I am a Certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Therapist who works with any student that may be struggling. My instruction is tailored to my students' needs. "Dyslexia is a specific learning disability that is neurobiological in origin. It is characterized by difficulties with accurate and/or fluent word recognition and by poor spelling and decoding abilities" (IDA). There is no one-size fits all in educating a child.
