Alan Tuck Mediator

Alan Tuck is a Florida Supreme Court certified Circuit Court and County Court Mediator available to help you resolve civil litigation throughout southwest Florida. Since completing his certification in 2016, he has mediated over 550 cases in the 12th Judicial Circuit. Alan’s experience as a military pilot, attorney and corporate executive provides a unique background and experience base for mediation. He has also served his community as a board member and president of multiple home owner and condominium associations, and as the president of two country clubs. His main practice areas include: Aviation, Product Liability, Contract, Business, Landlord-Tenant and HOA Disputes within the Sarasota, Manatee, Lee and Collier counties.
